Bus timing was 11:30am. Bus came at 12:30pm. Over and above that they were taking rounds to fill the without booking passengers and finally leftfor Mumbai at 01:30 pm.so ideally bus was 2 hours late.
Rude staff . wasted time picking up passengers as the bus was not full .Delay by around 2 hours only because of waiting for the bus to be filled.
