My previous jorney on 7th July from Mumbai to Shirdi was excellent. But this journey was very boring. A very small 20" TV was installed just above the driver seet. Location required to be changed just outside their cabin. So it is visible to all the seats. The CD PLAYED for "Rowdy rathore" was very very bad print with no image after half hour playing. It played with without pictue for on hour. The Conductor was busy with his mobile. He did not notice. When I asked him to change the CD his behaviour was very rude. Its NOT MY COMPLAINT. ITS ONLY TO SET THE THINGS RIGHT.
Dear Redbus team, dont put this bus type of buses in your site, unnecessary your site reputation will be lost. I chosen AC sleeper, but in that bus AC not working, Your collecting money for AC Sleeper, in that bus AC not Working, What about AC Not working Money?
It was very bad experience with this Bus service. I was travelling with my wife and a 9 months old Son and there were so many ladies and old age people were in the bus everyone was asking to take a break for refreshment but the bus driver and cleaner has not stopped the bus till their Dhaba came (for commission) after 5 hours.
Bus was late in reaching our pick up destination. The coordinator of the bus said that he will reach in 10 mins, instead he came after almost 45 mins. Keeping Punctuality aside, the quality of bus was really good.
