Not acceptable due to extra loading entire galary was full. First time I was completed my journey by sitting in cabins
Bus was never on time, it came on 12 instead of 10.30 and no one knows about the status of the bus
dropped me at wrong point even after telling for several times where i need to take the drop...pathetic..
No sense of hospitality. Conductors behaviour was rude towards passengers. I saw them selling already booked ticket to other passengers. Its the last time i am travelling through Verma travels. Horrific experience.
