Never before in my life I had such an horrible experience of travelling, it was even worse than travelling in sleeper class of railways without ticket. First of all the bus which was scheduled to depart at 11 pm from shirdi arrived at 1 a.m in night making me stranded there for 2 hours and then the mental harassment of local Verma Vendor which goes by name Sai Pravasi in shirdi issued the ticket of the same seat to some other person on the same bus which was allotted to me via online booking and then both the vendor and driver which were in collusion tried to de board off the bus and only on my defiance and insistence showed the reservation sheet in which clearly depicted my name for the L9 seat much to the dismay of Shirdi Verma Vendor. So after all the mental harassment i finally got the seat and reached my destination 4 hours late of the scheduled time. All in all I had such an experience that never again I am travelling by bus specially Verma Travel.
it would have been better, if the bus would have arrived on time. instead of the stipulated time of 11:15pm the bus arrived at 12:30pm. being a single lady travelling along with my kid, i felt insecure to wait for the bus in this schedule. kindly, arrange buses around 5:30- 7:30pm schedule.this timing is better for waiting for buses. moreover, towards bhopal hans travel bus schedule of ac sleeper was the only option let for me to book.another problem i faced was that the bus which i boarded had to be changed at indore, due to unkown reasons for which we passengers did not get any explanation. the buses were untidy, uncleaned seats with litter astrayed by the previous paasenger. the toilet attached had no water and was not clean. i think we pay hugesome amount for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. its in the emergency alone everybody opts for buses. railways are always there to serve with less fare and more comfort.
