I never knew, as a first time user of your bloody web site, that the date of booking will be by default the date of browsing! I wanted to book ticket from Shirdi to Pune for 7th May, but got it booked for 6th May (3 tickets amounting to Rs.1050)... Amount vanished in few seconds as (when called your help line) I was told NO REFUND POSSIBLE. Worst ever experience in online transaction I ever had in my life. Will never look back to you, I swear.
The trip was cancelled by the operator; without any notice to me and after waiting at the pick up spot for half an hour after the scheduled departure, when contacted, the operator informs the trip has been cancelled! Had it not been for another operator who halted there to fill vacant seats, I would have missed my train from Pune to Chennai also. Neither Red Bux nor the operator bothered to call me and inform. I think the amount also has vanished!! I will never ever use nor will recommend to anyone known to me redBus in my life
The condition of the bus is bad. Some of the windows are not having curtains. Bus is not cleaned before starting the trip. Delay start at the starting point.
Bus I booked was cancelled and I place of that bus which came was not the type of bus which I booked. Also it took much more time than the time mentioned for the journey .
