      18-May-2016

Dear Team, It was a horrible experience. I have clicked the pictures also, There was a big hole near my seat through which my shoes fell down and I lost them. Bedsheet and walls were dirty as can be seen in the pics. Also, there was no effect of AC since hot air was coming from the hole near my seat and we sweated for whole night because of that also curtains were of no use. There were horrifying noises coming whole night from the bus due to which I wasn't able to sleep whole night. The bus was late by 1:15 hrs, which was not informed, after I called them they said they will be reaching in 15 minutes and when I reached and called them up again, they said they will take more than one hour, I came back to the city because sendhwa bypass is not safe especially when a female is accompanying. Again, I took auto after I hour at around 12:10 and went back to the boarding place. I ended up spending Rs 1000 extra to the auto person. And also, the bus people didn't responded to my phone calls for the next half an hour. It was indeed a very horrible experience. I would have travelled by air at this cost. I will not use rebus now since I don't want to spend for these kind of services

The bus was late by more than 1 hour, seat was not cleaned properly.

      08-Apr-2015

I wish there was an option for giving negative marking for punctuality (arrived one hour 5 minutes late..scheduled time was 11.05pm, arrived at 12.10 am....imagine you being stranded on the highway in pitch darkness) and for staff behaviour (the cleaner's behaviour and communication was like a rogue..really pathetic). I wish RedBus disqualifies such types of carriers from its list, in its own interest. Also when I called the driver (since the bus was extremely late), he had kept a caller tune that made mockery of the passenger and after that it automatically got hung up. Just imagine my condition in the midst of that dark night, where I really felt helpless. Aare baba...there are ample of tours and travel operators. I don't think any passenger wants to get insulted, at least by a driver or a cleaner!!!

Bus was worst. Staff was also not good. I'll not prefer this again..... Worst of worst....... not able for a single number.
