bus from Salem to Ernakulam was fine. then we got shifted to another bus. the quality is not good. Overall not so great.

The timing should be well maintained. The bus must start without any delay and it must try to reach Nagercoil by 5 30 to 6 am. Then they could easily reach Trivandrum by 7 30 am.
Bus not clean....seats are not properly working..... so late......

I will pick the bus Salem late 1 hour but arrival very late next day afternoon 2.30 pm .staff not stopped the bus any hotel.regarding passengers will not take any food during journey, so we have avoid next time will be omni buses. Very sorry for the your services
Travelling the second time they were not on time we have to wait for about more than an hour twice.
We thought kallada maintained timing senses.would the bus stop for us for half an hour?
