The staff was good and service was on time punctual.
They have cancelled bus and changed our ticket to different bus but no information to us.. No one in staff can speak any other language other than Tamil. They have stopped at restaurant for dinner which was not good. Overall it was not pleasent travel...I would never prefer KPN travels to travel from salem to hyderabad.
Never ever think of travel in KPN travels, had a terrible xperience last time that I had to wait for 4 hours in d night. Bcoz they couldnt get enough seats filled n we had to wait for a bus which came from Madurai, though there was a bus available from Salem.
My bus timing is 9.30 pm but I boarded into the bus at 11.30pm and also they not given proper seat which seat no. I was booked. In bangalore they changed the bus. But the behaviour of the staff is very is good and they respond well if you ask any question.
