Hi, The bus that we came in Broke down facing some technical issues some 15-20 kms before reaching Dindivanam. We were made to stand in road for about 1.5 Hours and we caught a govt bus to get home. We waited for 1.5 hours waiting for some other kpn bus to arrive but to no avail. We were a group of 9 people. We expect at least a partial reimbursement for this. I expect a fair treatment. Thanks.
Travelled on 19-oct-15 Seat nos U32,33 where A/c duct was not working and seats were uncleaned. There was a sharp iron rod over our head & it put our travel in unsafe. Wont travel with KPN gain.
