Worst service.. A/C was not working. All the passengers were sweating. Some passengers with their children were suffering a lot. We had informed this to the manager but there was no proper response from him.p
There was no punctuality manitained. I travelled in sleeper and the bedspreads were so dirty. Lights were on the whole night and was totally unable too sleep. I would have travelled in normal seater instead of this sleeper. Worst travel ever. Not worth the money paid.
