We were given a wrong boarding point and we have to go to different point to board the bus at last minute. Also our ticket was not in their entry which caused additional confusion. It was a terrible experience to carry big suitcases and run to different boarding points
Reached bangalore in just 2.45hrs instead of the usual 4hrs. Lightening quick
I never Book KPN travels in future... The bus came very late by 40 mins. I didt get my booked seat, only last seats left vacant. the driver and others are not answered responsively. I booked front seats for my infant child and old age mother. But i got only last seat. They are not even human. Better i should have travelled in SETC 3.33 service for 150 rs. Very bad experience ever in my life time..
Staff made everyone wait outside the bus while He was checking the seat/tickets , which he could have easily done it once everyone settles inside the bus . It was sunny outside and the staff didnt even bother to let us in even after repeated requests . This is totally unprofessional from a travels like KPN .
