It was "the" worst experience. Bus was late by an hour.AC was not working and we all fought with KPN staffs for 1.5 hours to make it working. And beyond that water was leaking from AC vent on me and i was not sleeping instead i was sitting like a cleaner beside the driver for the whole of my journey. Took of the next day to office. Lost more than 5 thousand rupees.

Pathetic in terms of AC not functioning, being on summer noon it was very difficult for the passengers. We were literally sweating inside the bus. Also, too many cockroaches inside the bus which clearly state the quality of cleanliness. Worst ever experience with KPN travels. Not even worth for the money paid!
