    Customer Reviews

Travelling time is more than 10 hours. The bus is really comfortable.

I rate '0' rating for all 3 category. Very very worst bus quality, service, timing and staff behavior.

worst experience with bus staff, expected and actual bus was totally different, got upper bearth horrible ups and downs

could not time keep (Departures and Arrival ) And old bus.. staff behaviors is worsted.. bus seat is not cleaned....

Lots of in between stops. Many who had not booked were accommodated for in between journeys. Prices were negotiated and cash paid. Did not see any receipts being issued to these passengers.

Back glass broke on the way, to our luck we just moved away from the seat after hearing some stone. It happened somewhere near paramakudi and travelled till Coimbatore like that! So much of dust !??

Thank-you redbus for your hassle free service. I booked a bud from rameshwaram to Coimbatore in Arthi travels for 7of us.semi Sleeper non AC bus. Bus quality and Staff behaviour was all good.Problem is about the timing.we reached Madurai in four hours after which the bus was put to halt by roadside to take some parcels that took more than 2hours.the place was full of mosquitoes and children suffered a lot from sweating.Again aftr bus startd, they had to halt for anotr parcel next half an hour.Almost none of us slept the whole night and we reached Cbe two hours late. Please consider the comfy of passengers.

    1. I never seen such kind of worst & old bus in any of the travels. 2. The bus outside was painted well and interior Seats are worst and older. One seat was just placed with out Bolt.. and the seat stand was tied with wire cable.. One handle was under Sleeper seat... Does any one looked at it? 3. One sleeper seat stand was hanging with out bolt.. which is very dangerous for Traveler. 4.The picture shown in redbus and real one was totally different.
