        Customer Reviews

Bus seat compartment was not good. Punctuality- reaching to the Mumbai shown on site was not per actual reaching.

overall ok Performance. But, the hotel for dinner is so costly and not supportive staff. thanks Redbus for asking that !

Bus staff good but should have cleanliness in bus

Hi Redbus, That was one of bad traveling experience in my life. Staff Behavior was so careless. He doesn't call for any hault like toilet hault, tea hault & dinner hault etc. Bus Quality was also Bad. There are inverter problem for mobile charging. One another customer wants to go Varai phata but she was going to Vasai phata and andheri. So, please take care all of the issues as early as possible. Thank you.

Though the bus is good and quite punctual they need to stop at hotels where food is economical and has a good variety of snacks and food. IT stopped at a very expensive hotel after crossing Tarapore. Airconditioning is also essential for such a long distance bus.

Plz try to avoid the confusion at last minute. Kindly convey the concern bus no to the passenger and don't change it at last time. Due to tat i suffered lot. Try to do this favour.

Service was very good but cleanliness of bus was very poor.

Bus was late & stop 2 hrs. in between the travelling . Reach late at Mumbai today.
