    1. The seats should be cleaned by vacuum cleaner on daily basis. Minor repairs are to be done on regular basis. 2. One hold of minimum 10 minutes in the journey is essential for your driver ,staff & passengers

I wanted to change my schedule from 9pm to 4pm on travel date 09/11/2014,but neither the customer care of red bus helped nor the concerned travel..Secondly,calling customer care keeps us waiting and no one picks even after being on hold for 30 minutes..
