this is very pathetic situation i have faced yesterday night. Actually i was booked window seat for 8:30 PM bus. What happened is i was at 8:20 in boarding point and wait untill 9 PM but i didnt get a call from bus staff later i called to them, then they told me that bus already started.
later the travel guys allocated in some other worest bus but not a window seat and that too seat is not good.beacause of that I didnt slept whole night.See how the situation is..
please clarify the below mention points:
1-if bus started early or late staff need to call passenger or not?
2-what the purpose of we provided mobile number?
3-is this way treat with customers?
4-Because this Meghana Travels i loose some hope on REDbus and when ever i need to book ticket in redbus i will think before and after travelled in Meghana Travels?
