One of the worst bus travel experiences , even didn't given any blanket or haven't stopped for dinner or wash room also.
The plugs were not working. I was not able to charge anything.

staff behaviour was totally arrogant and rudely ...
Awesome driver. reached Delhi before we even sat down on the bus in Pushkar.
No bus details or pictures, on the website.
It wasn't a Volvo, it was an indian-style sleeper. As a foreigner travelling alone, it is not a safe thing to do. I wouldn't recommend.
The bus was overcrowded and mismanaged. The boarders travelling to Ajmer were also alloyed the same bus and it created chaos as to whose seat was it supposed to be. The conductor was also extremely rude to everyone .
Very rude staff.
Took extra money for baggage, didn't give change back.
Stopped the bus in a very inconvenient place, despite could stop it next to the metro station (we passed it). Regular lie about everything.
I will never advice this company to anybody.
Bus is in a bad shape - It is making sound whenever the driver applies a break or if it is passing through a speed breaker.
And the bus driver/manager did not let me to keep my baggage at the back safe, saying that it is already filled with some parcels and asked me to put baggage near my seat. Thumbs down to the bus and the management.
The blankets are smelly, remember to carry your own.
Got a terrible insect bite on the bus, hope it isn't bed bugs!
The bus rattled and shook so much that it beat the purpose of being a sleeper coach. And the pick up point in Ajmer was at an isolate location on the bypass road.

The quilts had a very foul smell and so did the bed.
