Dear Sir, I have only one complaint in my trip and it is very important. The dhabba were we were stopped for the dinner does not have any proper food arrangements. This was the most unfortunate part in my trip as I have to travel all the hours on some dry foods that I was carrying. So I would request you to select a proper Dhabba for our future trips.
The place where the bus stops for dinner had no food i came all the way empty stomatch. The place for food needs to b changed The only staff whose behavior was bad was the driver. Accompanied with rash driving and sudden breaks.
It was really feeling bad when we saw that the bus at night stood in a restaurant for dinner where very poor quality food was provided with expensive prices and only buffet. my question is, "Are not any good restaurant were there where people can choose food of their own?" It was looked like that you people are not bothered about our comfort and it is guaranteed from my side I will really think twice to travel in " Royal Crusar" in future.
Bus was stopped for Dinner at about 9 pm. The Hotel was proving only meals (Veg Rs. 150, Non-veg Rs. 200). The food was very very bad in taste, only 4 items were offered. That too was not refilled. We were 6 of us and felt cheated. Kindly inquire the matter if you are serious at all to your customers. Ranjan Sett RSETTS@YAHOO.COM 9831082399
