I was suppose to reach vapi at 1 Am instated I reach at 4am, push back seat was really bad, I had booked the ticket seeing multi axcel but the bus was not at all smooth running.. Really bad experience. I wont recommend this travel to any one.
Bus quality -- mosquitos, water leaking through the window during rainfall, Punctuality -- bus was supposed to depart at 10:30 PM, but reality was 11.00 PM
The Bus did not halt for dinner.
The bus which I had booked was cancelled and I was provided a seat in a different bus which was 2 hours later than the previously booked one. And that bus too arrived 30mins late. I was offered a seat which Id not have booked ever but bus provider told its the only seat available. As the trip started, the AC of the bus got damaged. The bus driver tried to repair it for 1 and half hour but was not able to. We travelled in a completely packed bus without an AC. It was extremely hot and suffocating. On top of that, the staff behavior was pathetic. He shamelessesly said that if youve problem, call office. Really very very bad experience.
