Vapi is a city located in Valsad district in the southern region of Gujarat. It is placed on the banks of River Damanganga. Vapi is the largest city in the Valsad district and it is the only city connecting two union territories - Daman & Diu and Dadra-Nagar Haveli. The Vapi town originally belonged to the communities of Koli Patel, Desai (Anavil Bramhins) & similar tribal castes. It is now the largest industrial area in Asia in terms of small-scale industries, dominated by chemical industry plants. The presence of large number of industries makes it the most polluted region of the state as well. The National Highway 8 passes through Vapi, linking it to all major cities of India. As Vapi is the only place from where one can visit Daman and Silvassa, visitors from all over frequent the city. Buses are the main means of transport here and many city bus services are available in Vapi.
It was the worst bus I have ever travelled in. The bus route should be only on the highways rather than taking it from inside the towns.redbus should also show the bus condition so that the customer can choose whether he wishes to travel or not. Hope it was worth writting a review.
Travels was comfortable. Bus left on time and less no of break.. Overall nice experience
Dear RedBus team, Our overall eperience was Worst! Bus schedule at the time of booking was 5 PM pick-up and arrival time at Vapi was 10:30 as per your website. Bus arrived on scheduled time, but bus driver and its crew members spent lots of time roaming in Mumbai and calling and collecting passengers & Parcels. There was very much rush in the bus. No feeling of sitting in an AC bus. Continuous shouting and calling was going on between the staff members. Due to which we reached very late to our destination, Vapi at 3:00 midnight. Behaviour of the staff was very rude towards pessangers. They even used abusive language with one of the co-pessanger. They even delayed the dinner to 12:00 midnight. When asked by one of the lady co-pessanger to halt for the bathroom break, he started shouting at her and said, she should hold it and started arguing with her. Overall travel was troublesome and on top of that, the behaviour of travel staff was rude and arrogant. When we asked for the reasons for stopping after every 5-10 mins, they responded very arrogantly stating: " this is none of your business". On each hault he was taking some parcels inside the bus. I hope, this travel agency should get proper knowledge of consumer services. This is absolutely absurd and non-acceptable. Red bus should take care of such travel agencies in future. We are frequent traveller and always do the bookings from RedBus. But this time, the experience was worst and it was never expected to be such bad. Hope Redbus works on our feedback. Please let me know if you need any further information from my end. Regards, Prasad 8390704453.
Conducter was not good. Not even announcing. I missed my destination. Very bad experience. Have to travel extra now.
