My journey was very bad and uncomfortable. when I booked the ticket through red bus in Nirmal travels. After 1 hour I got the phone call from travel agent that the ticket number you have booked that is already booked by me so you have to change this seat number. but I refused it because I booked the ticket through red bus. Than that day (20.09.2015) I continuous contact with red bus customer care regarding issue but lastly no action taken by them and full day kill our time. Seat was too dirty and wet. In future I will never book the ticket through red bus and suggest to all same.
I like one thing which i never seen before and that is they have record of every traveler, whom nd where to make call to notify them that their destiny is arrived coz in night its difficult to recognize area.
