I kept calling the given contact numbers from 6.30 pm; after much effort one of them replied. They told me that the bus (starting scheduled at 6pm from Pimpri, Pune) will reach the pick-up point Wonder City Katraj Pune by 7 pm; it never came; I waited till 8.30 pm, and kept calling them but they stopped taking my calls from 7.30 pm. After many tries, one of them responded to my call at around 8.10 pm, and I asked only for the driver's phone number and the bus registration number. They said I should have gotten it. I said no I did not get it; they said they will send. They did never send it. I sent an sms "If I do not get [these two numbers] in the next two minutes I am going to complain to Tanvi chiefs, RedBus, and the consumer court". I really intend to do all this. Finally I could not travel by this bus.
