    Bus was late by an hour in morning and same goes to evening trip. Morning trip was scheduled t 9.30 from Oberoi, Goregaon and bus came at 10.20 am. In evening bus was scheduled on 11.55 pm and bus came 1.10 am which is disgusting, we stood on highway for more than 1 hr.

    SMS on drivers contact details arrived too late. Dropping points mentioned on site were not taken care of by the bus staff.

    I had an urgency to attend a very very important function and that is why first time in my life boarded Neeta facilitated by Bus came 40 minutes late with some lame execuse of traffic & i reached my destination late by almost 2 hours. i missed my function & i will never take this service in future. Neither i will recommend anybody.
