The seating arrangement shown during online booking and the actual seats in the bus was different. I had booked a lower berth and in the bus the same seat number was an upper berth.

The bus takes unnecessary stops for getting private passengers in for empty seats thereby suffering on punctuality and then to cover up time not taking genuine stops, not even a stop for breakfast.
