Dear Sir i have booked ticket from pune to rajkot, the bus was about to reach rajkot by 1200 noon, but bus was delayed as there was problem in bus since night if management would haven taken steps then it might have solved there only but passenger suffered till next day,the bus was at ahmedabad at 1.00pm and from there we were been transfered to another bus that was sitting but we had booked sleeper. We need the compensation of the difference for two tickets and the delay we suffered. ple communicate on firstname.lastname@example.org
The bus takes unnecessary stops for getting private passengers in for empty seats thereby suffering on punctuality and then to cover up time not taking genuine stops, not even a stop for breakfast.
