    very worst trip...as i have booked my trip from pune to nilanga..but the bus droped us in latur..60 km long from nilanga

    Its a very third class service provide by you, When i was reached to boarding point and ask them which bus is going to nilanga he told all 10 buses are going, bus number needs to be provide in ticked. They change two times my bus which is not good if you are with family. And most important you charged high amount and provide 3rd class bus. Over all its a very bad experience also will post this on social network atleast my friends and relatives wil not in trouble..

    very bad experience...worst service. no punctuality. quality of seats were not good. no windows. kindly provide photographs of the bus before booking of seats. bus halts anywhere according to the driver's wish. inconvenience because of changing bus. kindly display bus no. so that it is easy to identify the right bus. don't display arrival time if you cant maintain the time of journey.
