    bus condition was poor, we were unable to sleep in night because of window glass noice and seat quality.

    Bus quality should be improved. Seats are not of good quality. Very old buses are being used

    again poor service. 1.5 hours delay. Neeta service not up to mark for the premium they charge. better take other buses.

    It was a sleeper Bus Neeta Volvo, But there was loud disturbance noice near ears, was unable to sleep during entire journey
