I am frequently traveling with VRL. Really excellent experience with VRL.
Worst condition....didnt even provide blankets and for dinner took halt at near about 11:35pm .Staff behaviour wasnt nice and they were drunk.
Journey was very good , very comfortable, & always preferred to VRL .
the screen, audio, video and even charging facility was not working. the sleeper cushion covers were not cleaned for ages. very dirty. the attendant was talking in such a way to the passengers as if they were at his command and as if there are no other buses in the world. regretted travelling by VRL.
