Bus should have stopped on the food mall instead of Khalapur toll public toilet

The bus was scheduled to leave at 8 whereas it left after 9

It's was quite comfortable good riding by the driver.keep it up

Bus got delay on the way and the seats were very dirty

Bus came late and made too many stops

I took a bus service after more than 6 years ..must say I was pleasantly surprised with the experience

Bus was at the last movement and it was informed after half an hour.

staff behavious was very poor. no one took responsibility of my lost bag. no number system for luggage

Safety information was very good. Bus quality was very good.

Bus was 2 hrs late absolutely dissapointing

Purple was sooo was 1:30 hrs late...would never again book

Trip was so nice & timing also very much perfect.. I have enjoyed my trip

Thank you friends. I missed the bus at 4pm, Purple guys arranged alternate option at 5pm without charging a penny. That's what I call a good and understanding bus operation. Thank you.

Water was not provided by the staff of the bus.

Too costly plus no services provided as in blanket and bedsheet even the conductor don't know about the stoppage and rash driving.

It was a very bad experience with purple. I was asked for rs 100 for lugguage. I gave the money to cleaner but he refused to give the slip of rs 100. I asked him many times but he dint gave me the receipt. After paying 500 for bus fare again why do they want money for luggage??? Extremely dis satisfied with this service from purple metrolink. I got in at Hinjewadi bridge in the 8pm bus....

should provide basic charger point and a water bottle at least..

It was a very bad experience. Prasana people does not know how to talk.

I booked this bus for Pune to Mumbai at 6.30am. Firstly they cancelled and rescheduled the bus to 7.30am, next 2kms from my boarding point, passengers were asked to shift to another bus from another travels (Neeta). Not at all organised. I wasn't too happy with the whole experience

The service provided was value for money. No complimentary things provided refreshing tissue, news paper, water bottle. Bus was not clean and Stinky. Infact sound of AC was too louder

as our bus time was 1 pm and reporting time 12 noon at your pick up destination shradha lodge swargate all the way we have started from our nibm 11 am and till 12.30 no pick van reached overall it took reached our andheri point 5.30 pm it means apox 7 hours to reach...which is not up the mark moreover aircindtioner was also not cooling. Therfore this is bad experiance..try to improve punctuality and quality

Redbus doesbooking portal does not show Kotharud pickup point which is nearer to me. I travelled all the way to Mitramandal chowk & from there to Kotharud. Almost 1 hour lost. No Intimation on stops. Only one stop nearer to Toilet with limited food options. Could bot have lunch.

I was informed 10 minutes before my pick up time when I've already reached the pick up point that the bus is cancelled and they will transfer me to another bus scheduled after 1 and half hours.further I had choosen front row window seat , but I was given middle row non window seat in the new bus. AC stopped working when we reached mumbai and for 15 30 mins in the 2 pm heat with windows closed passengers has to suffer and some even complained to the conductor. Next time I'll take the advice of my sister and go for Shivneri. I feel if the travels company wants customers to come back they should provide some sort of refund or atleast an apology. They dont mind because anyways their bus will be housefull. Its pune to Mumbai.

The promised Purple bus never arrived. It was some other bus from SS travels. Also the trip was not a non-stop one. There were too many halts in between just to load the bus. A very poor experience overall. Buying the ticket from Redbus makes no difference in service quality than buying the ticket directly from the bus comapny. Infact its cheaper to buy the tickets from the bus company and you can buy the tickets on the spot as well. This journey has only made me aware that Redbus does not offer any other value addition to buying bus tickets. Its just a middle man who inflates the ticket prices.

The bus invariably stops for a long time at Wakad stop. This creates a lot of frustration along for self as well as my fellow passengers.

The bus booking was done for 7:00 am with pick-up point as Mitramandal Chowk. Surprisingly the bus never arrived. The Metro bus person later called stating that the time 7:00 am is from Kothrud and pick-up point at Mitramandal chowk is 6:30 am. As a result we missed the bus. We will never recommend your service in future and have felt cheated.

Bus was late by 40 minutes Other things was good.

Excellent service by red bus and purple.. They were on time . keep it up

Bus was scheduled for 5:30 in the morning from Swargate. But there was no trace of same at that time, their office was also closed at Swargate and they were not even picking up call ob the peovided number. Bus came at 6am and took 1 and half hr to reach wakad. It was scheduled to reach Andheri at 10,where it reached there at 11.

We had a tyre bust on the way. The staff did a good job in changing the tyre. It appeared to me that the tyres need to be changed as per recommendations. Proper maintenance would have prevented these problems. These delays can be costly if someone has to catch a train or plane.

Excellent service, punctual and well behaved staff.

The bus started off late from the city and reached a lot later than its scheduled time.
