            Customer Reviews

It is nice journey with citizen extra space for kipping bag is required.

The Bus came two and a half hours late to the boarding point in Viman Nagar. During the journey, the bus ran out of Diesel in the middle of the road in the early hours of the morning which is very unprofessional. To cover up for the lost time, the driver was driving very rashly and none of his gauges were working (Speedometer, Fuel Indicator, Temp Gauge. The horn had a monotone as per government guidelines but was a musical horn which is illegal as per the Government of India. Also, the driver was using it excessively which was very disturbing for all the passengers. The bus conductor was very rude to the passengers and when asked as to what time the bus would reach the destination, he started to talk in a very rude manner and said not to ask such stupid questions, his exact comments were "The Bus will Reach When it Reaches, do not ask such questions". The conductor also indulged in foul language with me when I asked him to talk properly after he had said the above mentioned comment. The bus finally reached 4.5 hours late at the destination. The overall experience with Nirmal Travels was very uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take this bus service.

Drop loc while booking was Dreamland Parl, Mhow. However, they r dropping me on Agra-bombay rd. not expected!!

The seat number is not correct in redbus. We selected last second sleeper when bus arrived it turns out to be the last short sleeper. Uffff . The journey turns out to be very bad

Poor service and no adherence to bus timings staff doesn't know what time the bus will reach absolutely poor experience

It started on time and the quality of the bus was good, as well as the services that were provided but the bus was 2 hours late and messed with my schedule. Anyway I always love travelling with Hans travelers.

it was very bad experience there was no light in the bus, the Tv screens was not functional & they charged for luggage.

Booked the ticket for mhow, but the bus was for Indore.

The bus was not at all clean and was stinking

The bus was comfortable and the journey good. However instead of reaching at 0800h the bus reached at 1000h.

they left me on the highway about 8km from MHOW. which was not told earlier.

always carry food during over night journeys. the hotel outside pune where the bus halts for dinner is not of good standard and quotes very high charges.
