At least try to send bus details for buses start.try to be always on time 15 to 30 min delay is ok but hours delay is not tolerable.
Drivers and staff allowed some travellers in the mid night to board the bus and allowed them to sleep in the gangway in the center of the bus. This is unprofessional and hinders the privacy of other passengers.
It was a great ride. Only aspect is for staff to ensure that the cabin temperature is properly maintained given the summer temperatures
No clarity on boarding point. Tried contacting the operator. Response was poor. Bus reached the boarding point 90 minutes late. Reached the destination 2 hours late. Missed my train because of that. Then no leg rest was available in my seat. I booked a window side seat in redbus. But in actual it was not.Poor service altogether.
