Hello, Thanks for screwing my onward journey of my honeymoon from pune to Mahabaleshwar.I dont know where to start. Bus Quality - Bus condition was worse and lack of hygiene.People have spitted ,dust, thrown garbage in the bus itself.Almost 60% of crowd was village crowd and some use to smoke in the bus itself.AC was not working and the smell was like shitt.Normally the charge of pune to mahabaleswar is max 400 for a multiaxle AC semi-sleeper.While this bus charge was almost 800 Rs saying online the bus travesls from pune to mabaleshwar . Punctuality - timing of departure was give at 5.30 am in morning. The bus arrived at 8 am .Almost two and half hour late. And they didnt inform about the delay also.We have to call at there office number of times then we came to know. They told it will arrive at 6.30 am which later turned to 8 am.The staff behavior was extremely rude when asked about the delay. This was not enough they used to stop at number of location to collect random passenger for making money. The bus was still in pune till 10am.And the mabaleshwar arrival time was 9 am.When asked for the reason the staff was showing attitude and saying u have just sat in the bus why u are questioning . He also misbehaved with some of passenger like mine . And the suprising part was the bus doesnt goes to mabaleshwar as shown . They drop u at one Y-turn there is hotel and they have contract with them and then they drop u to mabaleshwar via car and also ask for 100-150 bugs at the end saying our stop point was still here only we dont now what they have show online. I called the redbus when the bus didnt arrived at time for refund so that i can book the zoom car and travel.they response was negative. Will think twice before booking via red bus Regards Dhiraj Salvi
