The bus stopped after 10 minutes and we learnt that there is some problem. Mr. Sahadev who was the manager present there said that "insaan ka hi koi bharosa nahi to yeh gaari ka kya" and then he disappeared. We were left stranded in the middle of the road for more than 1 hour and none of the Neeta volvo guys were giving us any updates. Finally when the mob grew angry, they were forced to bring a substitute bus. It was really a pathetic experience.

The bus operator cheated upon us.Took the first half of the journey by bus and the second half by a 3rd class taxi...where the seats were damaged. He shouted upon us as because he was early by 1 hour.
