One of the worst experience ever, 1) bus reporting time was 2210hrs reported at 2315hrs, no water bottle was served, seats were dirty n un cleared, driver n co-driver not aware what time the bus will reach madgaon, bus broke at kankavli for 2 hrs, finally ended up to ready madgaon at 12 noon. Will never recommend nor travel ever with Neeta travels.
Bus was delayed by 2 hours not acceptable
Redbus site is responsive and helpful.however the bus staff are insensitive and arrogant and are virtually treating passengers as cattlestock. passenger comfort is the last thing on their mind.
Worst experience ever. Booked this bus from Pune, Nigadi to Goa, Madgao but first they sent a mini bus to recieve all the passengers from the starting point instead of the booked bus. This mini bus then drove through the entire city for 2 n half hrs. collecting almost 50 people and all these passengers couldnt seat in this mini bus most of them had to travel whilst standing till we get to the prescribed travel bus. Later as most of the passengers had their luggage with number of bags there was no one to help passengers to move there luggage from cab to bus it was a nightmare to carry all the luggage with no help. Worst had to come still until they left me in Mhapasa which is 60 km before the destination point I had booked. Then I had to take another bus ( dont forget the luggage!) and had to pay him another 50 bucks plus luggage charge. So I would suggest u that if u ever going to book the bus dont choose this one instead I would advice u that choose some good travel companies like VRL, I had a better experience with them.
