              this time your agent service was very bad, which u given address and contact no of hinjewadi office, we goes there last night at 9.20pm, and also show u r message to that office man, he told us to wait and told our bus is coming by 10pm, so we wait in my car hence my parents are old, and they had heavy lagedge with them, but this came by 10.30pm, and didn't stop there, I chase them and stop them, is this service u r man gives to all, I am telling all people don't book by redbus please.... otherwise this will happent with them also...


              Everything was fine. But bus came 15 mins early while boarding.


              Pick up was 30 min late. Bus driving was quite rash, couldn't sleep at all. Blue LED light is irritating at night, so please switch it off once everyone is settled.


              Bus is good. Bed bugs were a lot and I suffered next 3 days. Need to clean seats with bug control stuffs and provided packed blankets. Good driving. Safe journey.


              Journey is good, staff is good but the bus is bit late and mobile no. Of driver is not given for contact the bus driver. Please update.
