Travelling details : Pune ? Karanja , Date : Mon , June 16 , 2014 Operator : Prasanna Purple , A/C Sleeper (2+1), ticketNo : TG7B65849566 As compared to my earlier travelling with Prasanna Purple this bus was not uptodate and was in worse conditon, when i boarded the bus and went to my seat, (sleeper)seat was fully dreanched (dont know whether it was water on something else?), when complained to attendant ,he asked me to wait and alomost forgotten my problem, when reminded he simply changed bedsheet cover, but bedmatting was still fully wet and was very uncomfortable to sleep or even seat, when asked him to change mat, he simply denied to having extra mat and put a cardboard between sheet and mat. when i expressed my uncomfortness he asked to talk with driver and driven (after arguments) in turn said I may call any one who can solve my issue, finally I gave and succumbed to my urgency and travelled till my destination. Though starting point of this bus was Pune (Nigdi)but still found empty can of alcoholic beverages under my seat,if requred I can provide snap. Mobile Charging point and so called person LCD was not in working condition.
