Good experience....!!! Staff is also cooperative & helpful...!
My seat was changed Twice. Just to adjust other Passengers
Not at all satisfied with the service.Had a very bad experience with boarding point and attitude was very bad.
It was one of the worst ever journey in my 42 years of age. There was television & music system in the Bus, but they were never played. Cushioning needs improvement. All the bottle holders behind the seats & at few places handles behind the seats were broken. The Driver was rude. As there was a landslide one day before on expressway there was a traffic jam, but without informing anyone in the Bus, the Driver changed the route to Old Mum- Pune road for 25% of the time, due to which we all were puzzled for a few hours. We were to be dropped at Kalyan, but after dropping the passengers at Dombivli the Driver went on a very lenient mode and took the bus to Neetas office in Dombivli , got down for some discussion there, and wasted almost 10 minutes. After that when we were just 1.5 KM away from our destination (Bail Bazar, Kalyan), without consulting the Passengers of Kalyan. he took the vehicle to exactly opposite direction and stopped the Bus at a Petrol Pump, when we asked him earlier. he said that he is going for filling Petrol, but when we reached the Pump he asked us to get down from this Bus and said us to sit us in some other Bus. And meanwhile sent some other person(Mechanic) at Drivers seat due to which my family including Two females felt insecure that why the Driver has sent some unknown person at Drivers seat, this Mechanic too misbehaved with us. We were so annoyed over the Driver that we left the Bus and hired an auto rickshaw from the Highway to reach our destination having an Old lady with us. Would never ever Travel by any of the Neetas Buses.
