There's Toilet in the bus but no water.


good staff but Punctuality in timing is not.

Bus is very old. It is not at all comfortable for such a long journey. Ideally it is a 16-18 hours journey, but it took 21 hours. The seats are very conjusted and there is no leg space, and hence very uncomfortable.


Bus was 5 hours late, very bad service.


Without Prior information they ask to change the from Ahmadabad, & This is there regular practice.

Bus was running about 2 hours late by the time it reached Jamnagar


Fully dissatisfied. First, it's not a direct bus from Pune to Jamnagar. We had to change the bus first in Mumbai and then Ahmedabad. For such a long journey there were no charging points available to chargphinephone.


Pick up got held by the traffic police.Vehicle was not on time
