Actually, it was raining on 11th October 2015, but the Prassanna Travels staff was so cooperative, that they waited for the passengers to come upto 22:00 hrs, though the departure was 21:30 hrs.
we have mentioned pickup point as chandan nagar bypass where bus is supposed to come at 9:35. we thought to start from home at 9 and reach at 9.20. so started dinner at 8:30 8:32 we got call from bus staff that bus have come and reach at pickup loction in 5min else they will leave us. we were shocked and due to urgency we can miss it. so without dinner we rushed to stop chandan nagar. on the way thy called us for 4times that bus is leaving. as soon we reached chandan nagar we found that bus is not there and driver to come ahead. we went through indian oil petrol pump which is 1 KMfrom bus stop the re we got to know that bus is still at yerwada :( a such a bad exp that they cant read the pickup point mentioned by us. even in the 5calls they didnt mentioned where they are staning.
Bus sit covers are very dirty, please keep clean regularly.
