Good Bus, only thing is when bus is moving due to heavy traffic when bus changes a lane, person on second last seat on lower moves very rapidly. A bar will prevent person to fall out of the sleeping berth on lower side berth.
very poor service, bus stopped at almost every town on the way to pick up roadside passengers (not safe) it took more time to reach indore than others (almost 15 hrs).
driver behaviour was not good. bus quality is avg.
It was a horrible experience for me to travel in Citylink Bus. They texted 7:30 boarding time and bus came at 9:15. Above all, when I called into their office, the call attendants responded VERY RUDELY. They said its because of traffic bus is delayed! All other buses were on time, traffic is there for CITYLINKS only. Citylinks should have thought some customer-handling manners to their staff. After all, we pay for their services.
