Very very BAD experience. I booked lower sleeper 3 $ 4 for my parents. When we reached at bus , someone else is waiting at our seats. When asked to bus -staff they said its there seat. And on their seat chart its showing my name. When mentioned that they said to phone to management. I asked for number but they didnt shared and then after a long arguement they given alternate seats. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL . NEVER travel with such a THIRD CLASS bus operator. They dont respect old passengers and customers. BAD Bus.
My review is negative for this journey. If the bus seats are not fully occupied, then the bus co-coordinators(driver/conductor/cleaner) will make the journey as if like we are travelling in a local ST bus. They will stop at each and every KM looking for some passengers for the unoccupied seats so that they make some extra money. It becomes really difficult if you have unscheduled stops and waiting for additional passengers.
It was nice journey from Pune to Indore. I was very comfortable during the journey as the condition of the bus was good, driver and cleaner were also coopeartive and helpful. Thanxx...
This bus has worst quality and does not deserve to ride on the road should be deleted from booking list . I will never travel from dhariwal bus again.
