The travel was very uncomfortable due to speeding, marginally being rash, of the bus and disregard for our feelings. The bus ride was very bumpy due to which I along with many others were not able to sleep. I have also fallen sick due to that. Kindly take the appropriate steps to avoid such an experience in the future
Bus arrived at wakad half an hour late! staff doesnt know the whats being polite is like!! useless people.. The driver took other route and so i had to get down at ring road with no proper transportation available to go home!! worst service!! 1 star is because i cannot give a 0 or negative star!!!
Everything was excellent except the cost of bus ticket,as there was no TV due to bus started from mumbai. No water bottle was provided at least.
Arrived at departure point delay more then 40 minutes and also delayed to arrival point for more than 1 hour as per schedule and before reaching arrival point bus got all of sudden bus tyre got puncher staff inform passengers to wait one more hour to change type which would have wasted one more hour to reach our final stop and we no option we left by own from that location
