It is the worst experience,we have to reach hyderbad by 7 in the morning,we reached at 2 in the afternoon,there is some fault with the bus and no alternate was arranged,he asked as to take dinner at 1:30 in the night.guys please never oot for ntr travels as its waste of money ann time

The overall comfort of the bus was good. However the bus was delayed by 1hr. They did make up for the time in the journey to reach the destination on time however. Hence an over rating of 4.
bus came 4 hours late it was scheduled to come at 9.15 but came to 1.30 there was no proper communication and no response from travel.
