VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TRAVELLING IN SAHARA TRAVELS!! BETTER TRY OTHER BUSES LIKE HKB TRAVELS. WE HAD BOOKED FRONT SEATS BUT WERE GIVEN BACK SEATS. BUS STAFF WONT LISTEN ANYTHING SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE GOT THE TICKET MONEY. STAFF BEHAVIOUR ALSO HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN GOING FOR SAHARA TRAVELS.
SAHARA TRAVELS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAFF BEHAVIOUR TOO BAD. WE WERE NOT ALLOTTED THE SEATS THAT WE HAD BOOKED, AND WERE MADE TO SIT IN BACK SEATS. NOBODY WAS READY TO LISTEN ANYTHING, AND SHOUTED BACK AT US ,SAYING THE BUS WE MADE BOOKINGS IN WAS CANCELLED ( WHITE LIE). AC TEMPERATURE WAS NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY, IT WAS TOO COLD, AND THE BLANKETS PROVIDED WERE LIKE TOWELS. INITIALLY THEY STOPEED THE BUS AT MANY PLACES IN PUNE,WERE TRYING TO ACQUIRE LAST MINUTE PASSENGERS IN THE BUS.
Staff behavior was not good. Our boarding point was in Vishal Nagar, Pune but our seat has allocated at Pune Station (after 1 hour). The seat was occupied by two travelers coming from Mumbai and dropped near Pune station. So we have received used bed sheet
Bus came late by 30 minutes. The Luggage compartment wont open. All the bags were kept in the aisle.
