TV was not working initially but staff helped. journey was on time, more cleaner sheets would be welcome.
felt very happy with travels and with redbus. made my journey safe and happy. i felt very previledged
The bus was half hour late when it left from Pune and arrived 2 hours late. The staff were least bothered even though the bus was late. The seats were not par with other sleeper buses.
The bus neither came on time nor dropped us on time. It was delayed for more than an hour. Water bottles were not served in the bus, which is a usual practice of Kesineni and a very few other travels.
