No office situated at Wajre Boarding point. Had to directly talk to bus driver and he expected me to find the bus.
Driving was quite fast on ghats, which threw me around quite a bit. This was not appreciated.
I am really unhappy with the "station" we got dropped at at 4:30 in the morning, a pitch-black closed petrol station, with one available rikshaw... Anand travels should make sure to drop their (female&in our case: foreign) passengers in a safe location!!!
Everything was good except the staff behaviour.There was no blanket on our seat and when we asked for it he said that it was there on your seat i don't know ask the passenger sitting behind you,we can not provide the other blanket.
It was rude behaviour from him.
We reach the stop fifteen minute earlier and get information in message that bus is half and hour late. That's OK we wait there but even after half an hour we didn't get information so I call to the given number provided by the redbus then we get the member of driver on calling him he inform us that he already pass that stop without calling us.
