    They are charging 70 Rs extra for providing one blanket to passengers. Really this is horrible.

    My overall experience while travelling through vrl is very good. And safe and secure journey

    The punctuality and the staff behavior was good. But only problem is that they did not provide blanket during the journey. Since its an A/C bus i suggest that they should provide a blanket like how other bus operators do. Rest was 9k.L
