Staffs need to be service oriented and good behavior. So casuals they are, they left three young ladies in Orangabad bus stops in the middle of the night and left for nag purposes. Anything could have happened with them. They didn't stop for bio break, snacks break in the evening and stopped for dinner only at 11pm in the night.... In the end bus was late by 5 hours

      31-Dec-2016

Breakdown happend and it wasted our money in sense of time which is more important Causing the wastage of my precious time.... Please tell your vendors to check the bus before departure...

      16-Aug-2016

The quality of bus and services provided were good but at 9 pm the bus stopped at Shekhta for 30 min after that bus did not stop for more than 2 min anywhere which was troublesome for some travelers since they wanted to go to washroom. Some travelers were furious because of this. At least one stop of 10 min is necessary after 4-5 hours of journey. I hope you will look into this matter.

Pls ask bus staff to arrange good stop during night. AC was also off from 12pm to 7am. And it was suffocating travel this time. Though it was cold out there, but temperature of 22-25°C could have been set inside the bus. iy

Maharashtra travel bus facility was average, the punctuality was an issue as it took unnecessary stops, the stops it took for refreshment did not have good faclity for toilet and bathroom. I believe that they need to start thinking.from customer point of view.
