Pathetic Experience with Neeta Travels
Neeta Travels are supposed to provide comfort to its customers, but does this kind of treatment makes you any different from Public transportation.
Review - I had earlier made the booking for a Window Seat in AC bus. The AC bus was cancelled and then I was told to travel by Non-AC bus where I was given a seat which had no provision for expanding my legs. When I requested the Staff for change of seat, he rudely told me that other seats are occupied and we cant give you another seat. Over and above, this bus took 6 hours from Pune to Dombivli due to heavy congestion on Mumbai-Pune express highway. So I was sitting in the same position for all those 6 hours.
Secondly, this bus always comes late by 15 minutes near the boarding point, so I thought that since I am having important work I will wait in the office for another 10 minutes. Then surprisingly I got a message from Neeta Travels that your bus is ready to depart in the next 10 minutes. So I left my work, quickly took a cab and reached the boarding point only to find that the Bus is late by 1 hour.
Neeta Travels needs to understand that 80% of your company’s future revenue will come from just 20% of your existing customers. However, if you are not treating your customers well then you are doing your business right.
