Absolutely horrible. First, my booked seat was taken. Nobody even raised an eyebrow about it. Secondly, why in the name of freezing Edmund Hillary would Dharwad be mentioned as a stop when I got dropped off on the HIGHWAY?! Most horrible travel experience. SRS? Sorry. Never. Redbus? Sorry, I have lost trust and I shall indeed be vocal in expressing my indignation at the totally unsafe drop location.

Not sure how can a brand be least bothered about punctuality, Bus was delayed by almost an hour.
