Journey in VRL bus was good experience. They are punctual. But I want to share one thing. when we were about to reach to our destination, they announced name of our bus stops name and stopped the bus at next bus stop. Later they said that they announced but nobody said yes ,..whatever they feel, but they should stop the bus at decided bus stops. nobody

We were left on the Dharwad- Hubli bypass at around 4:30am..! which is 8-10Kms away from city. We requested SRS booking agency to give us a pick-up bus at least, but they pointed to REDBUS website and told its your fault. So please update your website so no customer is strangled in midway the next time. Thank you
