Bus arrived on time and it looked fantastic. It was a 2x2 Scania semi sleeper. The inside was also neat and clean. But the problem was with the smell inside. It was stinking like shit. It was really an awful journey from pune to bangalore
Really we get a new experience in this bus, and very happy to travel and excellent service.

i booked my ticket from pune to chennai on 12th dec 2015. when i reached bangalore in national travels they said no ticket is there for the connecting bus. behaviour of the agent was really rude. i had to come in other bus. this was never expected from national travels.
