            23-Feb-2017

I should have claim for refund as no information to driver about our pickup and when called driver left the pick up point. To catch the bus we went around 15 km at keshnand phata. This is ridiculous.

            11-Feb-2017

Although the bus Quality was superior and also the basic accessories like mobile charger, hand bag stand and pillos etc were available, the bus was stinking a lot. Obnoxious smell through out the travel made my journey miserable. I feel, the bus operator should regularly clean the AC filters and bed foams should be dry cleaned at frequent intervals.

            26-Nov-2016

a seat was waiting and bus punctuality was very bad, a bus was delay 2 hr at arrival and departure station

            11-Aug-2016

The bus seats and curtains were all wet due to rain. The bus was also not in good shape to charge the higher fare.

            24-Feb-2016

The bus rarely comes on time. Moreover contact no of travel agent at pickup location is hard to get as it is either switched off or busy. Only Red bus booking gives you assured feeling otherwise u ll feel waitting on some pick location on sone highway or riad alone.

            11-Dec-2015

            26-May-2015

We were asked to change the bus and in the alternate bus there was no seat for us. They take passengers from this station and filled the bus. This was problem to the travelers in the bus we were asked to board.
