Drinking water & news paper to be provided.
Took the upper single berth- bad choice, since there was no headroom for sitting. All you could do was lie down. The berth was rather narrow too- a heavier built person would find it uncomfortable. Having said that, the other berths seemed good and the overall ride quality was fine.
Worst service !!! I am a regular travel to bangalore and It was my second time travel with SRS Travels and like last time they made it a worst travel experiemce. Though bus was on time but bus condition was very bad it was not cleaned at all and with that I started my second journey with this travels. It was hardly 1:30hrs since we started and as always bus broke down in between just after it crossed Pune and after calling the customer service they were like bus will be there in 1hr and we waited and waited and waited for around 3 hrs and what came in last was a surprize or shock cant be explained aftr waiting for 3hrs we got a non sleeper bus which was inroute to bangalore and only last seats were vacant after arguing bus staffs they said new bus will take 7 to 8 hrs to come back and there is no refund facility with no other option left, all passengers have to settle down somehow to reach our destination. I will request redbus to please review the service providers and dont go for the name blindly and also have a control on them so they can not do whatever they want.
