Good Service- Please continue with the same. Atleast there should be free water bottles of 1/2 or 1 Ltrs.
Travel was really good and was on time in Pune and at Bangalore. But i would like to few feedbacks. 1. Bus interiors could have been better. 2. The Hotel, where the bus stopped for dinner was too costly. Could stop at a nominal Hotel where everyone could afford. 3. No place for my extra luggage at the boot of the bus. Seems like group of people traveled in the bus and their luggage occupied 90% of the bus backside boot. Everyone is paying equally and there should be space for everyone to keep their luggage.
15 mins late at pick up but reached exactly on time. Staff behaviour was fine. There was AC water leakage for few minutes but it was stopped after complaining about it.The journey was hassle free.
punctuality has been punched severly by neeta tours. plz consider travellers time is also precious as yours operations. some disturbing sound from the axles or some technical faults really frighented to sleep and made me think to travel again with this operator......!!!!!!
