On date 31st August and on date 22nd September the same thing happened wuth me with this neeta bus traveler. I had booked for sleeper coach but both times they had called me on the day of journey and told me that the bus is canceled and will you like to go in semi sleeper coach? Due to I was not having any other option I said yes. I was totally disappointed with this Neeta Traveler.

The AC was not working. It was intimated at the last minute,so had no choice. ( Rs.300 refund received ) No blanket was provided as promised.Bus started late from pune. I had to get down at Kadodara as bus was going to surat city to repair AC and expected time to repair was two hours.. From Kadodara I had taken another bus to reach destination i.e.Ankaleshwar.

There was a charging point, which was great for a non-AC bus. There was also free Wi-Fi available, but I didnt try it as it required the installation of an app.
