There is consistent Some technical issues with VRL ...Please look into this..
It was worst experience to travel.. I have been asked to come at Katraj to start journey. And at 11th hour I got the phone call and VRL person Mr. Rathod told very rudely that you will have to come Wakadewadi by your expenses to pick up the van.. We will not provide you anything, do whatever you want to do. Then I called redbus support team and they have not done anything and were also rude.. Do not do any booking through this travel agency I request..
It was life worst ever experienced trip. If they are cancelling the bus then there is way to inform customers, but the bus operator staff was so rude like he is giving us the ride for free. Also the refund procedure is also very tedious. Sorry for writingg this but will never book through ared bua onward. Thank you
