    Customer Reviews

people with no reservations were boarded in the midway at night, causing a lot of nuisance and chaos

Worst ever experience in my travel life. The driver asked all passages to get down at Ahmedabad at 5.00 am just because we were only 7 to travel further The connecting bus arrived at 7.30. All of us were made to sit in the bumpy crowded bus like cats and dogs We are still travelling and hoping to reach Abu Road The website of Gujrat Travels officially declared us as reached Abu Road at 12.30 midnight Never travel by Gujrat Travels

Timing to reach Abu road was mentioned to be 11:15AM but it reached at 5:40Pm. Why does bus operator mentions timelines which it can not maintain.

I m cmpletly dissapointed as i have booked ticked for neeta tours & travel bt the bus in which i have done my journey was laxmi travel and there was no facility for charging cellphne , no blanket nthng ,& the most imprtnt thng i have booked the seatNo.15 which was the seat near to window bt as the travel was changed so thef No15 seat was nt window seat .I m cpletly dissapointed

It was the worst travel of my life. I feel like being conned, the bus company fooled me in the name of volvo. Even roadways buses are better than the bus travel company provided. That kind of a bus with no facility and confort for 20 hours long journey and for rs 1800, this seemed liked a joke to me. I was travelling to aburoad but the was so bad that I had to get off in mumbai and hire a new volvo from there. This was one of the worst experiences and I hope not to use for my travel. Sincere request please dont con people like this, everyone cheats agreed but this was heights of cheating.
