    Bus started at 12.30 departure given 11.30 Bus suspension was not good

    Red bus charged 300 rs and same ticket sold by bus agent @ rs 200 to another passenger.

    All seets have been booked but still driver overloaded the bus from various stop. Many passenger travelled by standing around our seats which was uncomfortable and unsecured.

    Very bad experience with Red bus.I had to postpone my trip but when I tried to cancel my ticket Red bus just started showing error messages. Y cant we cancel our ticket in emergencies.
