    It was a long wait for the bus. If any delay they must intimate to avoid waiting period. if I ma late, bus will not wait for me. they will scold us.

    It came more than an hour late and the way the staff justifies the delay is disgusting. No proper reply and wont answer your call as well in case of delay. Travel through this agency Ruined my whole day & mood.

    Sanjay bis is a pathetic n nonsense bus I have ever traveled... They make me run behind the bus as they did not stop at the pick up point.... Arrived at the destination 2:45hrs late.... Wish not to see this happening again and wont ever travel through bis sanjay
