Bus conditions very bad. Travel journey is 13hr. Its too much.
The drive who started from pune was very bad he was driving rough, applying urgent brakes turning sharply with high speed. And so I couldnt sleep.
Punctuality and staff behaviour was good, but the bus contained bed bugs which should be looked after by the operator
