    I have requested to cancel the ticket and repay me the fair, but its like mailing was of no use and calling is useless as there is 30 and 40 min waiting thats the feed back from me. I dont think I will ever buy any ticket from red bus now.

    i was extremely disappointed. As the original bus through which i was about to travel(Prasanna-DHK) was cancelled and i was shifted to another one(Sangeetam).I was alloted sharing seat with an unknown person though i had confirmed single seat. Very dissapointed as persons privacy was compromised
