The travels was very bad... the bus came after 2 hours and also the dropping time was 8:30 am but they dropped me at the destination at 12pm. I have some major work and due to negligence of the travels, i have to delay it. It was the worst experience ever
When the bus arrived on pune conductor told that AC is not working so we will take 30 mins to repair it but this took around 6 hours the bus in faulty condition from Bombay
The blankets were dirty and smelling. The charging points were not working. Other travelers too complained about the same. The A/C was being switched on and off frequently. Then switched off permanently at 6:00 am. After we threathened to complained about the same, it was switched on 15 minutes before we arrived at Anand Rao Circle. Overall it was a horrible journey. Bottled water was collected by the staff on the way, but not given to any of the passengers
Good regularity of time and stops at good dinner and breakfast hotals.
