I travelled via Gujrat Travels. Following is my experience:- 1) Bus & seat arrangement was not worth of paying Rs1500 for travel. 2) Punctuality was OK. Although the bus arrived late, it dropped me at my required location on time. 3) Staff was very rude. Bus attendent provided blankets to some passangers but didnt to all. Some passangers even had altercation with him for same reason but still they coudnt get the blanket. 4) I personally incountered altercation with the driver on a stopage for going to toilet in late night. It was chilled inside & driver wasnt ready to stop the bus & allow me to go for toilet. Even though we wrent travelling on expresse highway, he said he cant stop the bus in midway although I could see other buses stopping aside. He asked me to wait for toll plaza where he stopped the bus & I did my work hurriedly. Driver was very rude & careless in this case. This is a very seriour issue as it may cause medical emmergency. Overall Ill rate it as a very poor service & wont recommend to travel by this bus again.
